Trained to mitigate the worst of situations

This residential home was flooded with a sewage back up overflow from the guest bathroom toilet.  By the time the homeowner discovered the damages, the contaminated water had already affected every room.  The sewage was extracted and controlled demo was completed to include removal of all the affected flooring, lower cabinetry, drywall and insulation.  Once affected materials had been removed additional cleaning and sanitizing had been completed and tested by a  third party hygienist for clearance of all contamination.  A clearance report was handed to the homeowner for their home records.  Another job well done by SERVPRO of Lake Havasu City/Bullhead City/Kingman.
