We had a great experience with SERVPRO! I grew up in construction so I assumed SERVPRO would send outside tradesmen to do the construction repairs. They actually sent SERVPRO Employees who did a very skilled job replacing drywall, flooring, baseboards, and more. 

Their lead construction repairs guy Sergio is very picky about the quality of finish work he and his team provides when repairing all aspects of our home.

I see now what SERVPRO means when they advertise they do remodel and reconstruction work!

I'd definitely use them for a remodel.

I called SERVPRO for help when my roof shingles blew off during the last storm. They came right away and their guys covered the roof where the shingles were gone. They did such a good job, I forgot to even get my roof fixed, and months later when another storm came, when I called for help, they still came back to help again. Couldn't ask for better help.

Before my home caught fire, I had no idea what SERVPRO does. After my insurance told me about SERVPRO, and I called them to help, they came quickly, really helped me sift thru the leftover mess and totally removed all my personal stuff to keep it safe, cleaned it, and really worked to remove damage and rebuild my home. Not sure what I would have done without their assistance and knowledge!

As a Manager to a very large auto dealership, when I arrived to open the dealership for customers and saw yellow water all over the men's bathroom and down through the auto bays, I knew Id needs it cleaned up quick! SERVPRO sent a team who arrived just 30 minutes after I called and they had a big enough staff with excellent equipment so they had the whole place cleaned up before my plumber even arrived to fix the plumbing. When things like this happen, SERVPRO is the fastest results for sure.

SERVPRO was a real blessing and supported my homes needs after a house fire near dining room that made a mess in my yard as well and those guys handled all of the mess!

My whole condo got flooded and it damaged many of my belongings too. SERVPRO handled my belongings, the mess in my condo, and fully rebuilt the inside from kitchen to bathrooms.

Just after buying a brand new bedroom set, we awoke to a flooded master bathroom and if it wasn't for the fast response of the SERVPRO Teams, our new furniture would have been damaged as it was the wood legs of our bed were sitting in water. Very happy with SERVPRO! 

As the Store Manager for a Convenience Store chain, when the back room we use to manage Carbonated Containers for the Soft Drink section, was flooded at opening, I only had 40 minutes to resolve the problem before opening.

It's not every day we have to think about who is best to call. One of my employees suggested a company and they were not able to guarantee fast service as they are not local. I then heard about SERVPRO and if I wouldn't have contacted them, this problem wouldn't have ever been resolved so quickly!

With Covid-19 closing our branch and myself as the manager working to make the building safe before re-opening to the public, I sure wasn't prepared to risk my employees' safety, so SERVPRO of BHC came suited up for our safety and cleaned and performed a high disinfection process to Carpets, Tile Entry and every surface including customer chairs they sit in. It was so throughout and efficient and SERVPRO even took every bit of the trash away in their Bio-Hazard Containers for the safety of all of us.

SERVPRO really showed professionalism and promptness when my building had a leak from AC and the middle of my carpeted area was soaked with water just before I opened for business. They not only arrived within 30 minutes but they had my carpets looking like they were never wet and my customers couldn't even tell.

The wind and rain hit us hard and my roof and siding was damaged, and I sure appreciated the quality of work done by those guys at SERVPRO because there temporary cover lasted well until the Roof Company was able to do the repairs. 

Back about 3 months ago my roof leaked during a storm and I was real impressed when the SERVPRO Team hurried out to help. Even though their job was done, since I never got the roof fixed, when I had further trouble, SERVPRO supported me and helped me again.

I live in a rural area so my only hope was SERVPRO and even though they are an hour away, when I had storm damage to my mobile home roof they were there right away and not only helped tarp the leaking area, they accessed for damages inside my walls, so I knew I had no mold.

As a local builder in Mohave County, I normally hesitate in repairing a home after a fire, and when I entered the Gomez home to evaluate the repairs, I was very pleased in how SERVPRO of LHC had demo'd, removed all drywall, encapsulated the framing, and prepped for repairs.

As my husband and I watched our home be cleaned and encapsulated by the SERVPRO Team, I began feeling much more hopeful in being able to return to my home after it was rebuilt, because little at a time, the odor went away, the damages were demo'd and the remainder of the wood was healthy and ready for our builder to put this home back together for our family. 

SRVPRO sure did a great job when we had a flood and they came during COVID-19 and they were great and came to our home all suited up with masks and gloves to protect us in our home.

With having many rental properties, any time I have trouble it is SERVPRO I call because they are always fast to arrive and professional and do a great job.

Because I have past experience with the quality work at SERVPRO, and my wife and I are part time to this Havasu Home, being ready, and knowing how to reach SERVPRO during Monsoon Weather, will be very comforting when we experience high winds and if my Roof Leaks because Ill trust this Team even if I am out of Arizona, to repair and protect my home.

I own 8 locations of my store in the franchise area and I needed a plan for early readiness in case Fire or Water damage occurs while only employees are onsite, and I am relieved that SERVPRO handles all 3 cities my business sites exist in.

Pastor Craig was excited to become a part of SERVPRO Emergency Ready Program for our Franchise for his Church as he has very updated buildings and is not always on site so he knew the importance of setting up a detailed Plan for the members to follow in an event of flood, water damage or fire.

Manager of a large high traffic casino and choosing SERVPRO as the responder to a need to disinfect and heavily sanaitize our carpets and surface disinfect, has really been above the quality level our own staff could have performed in this situation.

We have been without our home for months and started repairs with a sub contractor in our home which was poor work, and once the true SERVPRO Team took over, we both have really began feeling at ease watching the quality work and really like the men working in our home. We are very pleased we have this SERVPRO Repairs Crew.

Katherine had just purchased her new home and while sleeping, the water softener closet had leaked all over her garage and a side of the home. After SERVPRO cleaned up and dried out the entire mess, they even have a professional repairs team who totally put our home back in order and even repainted and totally reinstalled water heater and all softener parts.
