Old Pressure Regulator pressure regulator needing replaced

SERVPRO OF LAKE HAVASU CITY, BULLHEAD CITY, AND KINGMAN

Mohave County is full of vacation homes, second homes, rentals, and summer or winter visitors. Because so many people are coming and going, there is a myriad of homes that are unattended, from days to months at a time.  SERVPRO strongly recommends that you have somebody that you can trust, that will check on your house weekly, or once a month. Because you can't see most of the water plumbing in your home, chances are, you may not always know you have a leak until it is to late.  Some of the water damaged homes have been running for days,  to weeks before the leak is detected.  One of the best ways to protect your home is to have somebody that is familiar with the areas of the home where most  leaks come from.  Excessive water pressure, extreme temperature changes, and clogging of pipes caused from hard water damage, are some of the reasons for water damages to homes. We suggest that you have a plumber change out your pressure regulators every two years and conduct an inspection inside the property regularly.
